Play offers another way forward, one rooted in curiosity, creativity, and connection instead of constant pressure. Research shows that play reduces stress, sparks problem-solving, and strengthens relationships, all skills we need to thrive at work and in life.

Join us for an evening that blends community, movement, and reflection:

🥎 101 Padel Coaching Session – learn something new Padel is like a mix between squash and tennis (watch an intro video here)

​We’ll be joined by the founders of Re-Work, Chantaie Allick and Natasha Singh, who will share their discoveries on play and how it’s reshaped their relationship to work.
