OUR CO-FOUNDERS

A strategist at heart, David believes in turning numbers into narratives that transform brands. As the North America Chief Strategy Officer at Wavemaker, he leads transformational practices that includes Strategy and Martech and Data Intelligence.

Janice is an entrepreneur at her core. She has founded and led several for- and non-for profit businesses and organizations. She is currently the CEO of Mantis, of her own consulting firm based out of Toronto.

OUR TEAM

A connector by nature, Natasha brings over 20 years of experience in tech, retail, and fashion to her work as a consultant, coach, and community builder. A key player in Shopify’s early marketing growth, she led influencer, experiential, community, and employer brand programs that helped shape the company’s brand voice.

A builder at heart, Sydney blends strategy, storytelling, and systems to help creators and companies grow. As a consultant and content strategist, she partners with brands and communities to launch ideas, streamline operations, and scale impact.
